Clark Fetzer, a lawyer and mediator, began his legal career in 1980
and since 1986 has focused his practice on resolving construction disputes. He has mediated and arbitrated construction cases since 1997.

- Payment claim of contractor against owner, including setoff defense for delay asserted by owner
- Developer's claim against contractor for defective construction of roadway and site improvements
- Mechanic's lien claim of sitework subcontractor against residential developer.
